The photos are misleading. They only change by 1-2 shades even with an extra 30min.
I ended up gettimg a dental home kit for 280 with 6%  which is the same they use for a 1hr season. They didnt even use the colour chart to show the difference.
Another way to know its face is they only pht it on for front and frontside teeth and not the back teeth yet the pictures show all the teeth including the back teeth are white
